Mr. Angus is an independent business advisor to the mining industry. He was formerly Head of the Global Mining Group for Fasken Martineau. For the past 30 years, Mr. Angus has focused on structuring and financing significant international exploration, development and mining ventures. More recently, he was Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial. Mr. Angus is the former Chairman of the Board of BC Sugar Refinery Limited, was a Director of First Quantum Minerals until June 2005, was a Director of Canico Resources Corporation until its takeover by CVRD and was a Director of Bema Gold until its takeover by Kinross Gold. He is presently a Director of Polaris Minerals Corporation, Plutonic Power Corporation and Chairman of Nevsun Resources.

| | | Bryan Slusarchuk Position: Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Slusarchuk has significant experience financing companies involved in mineral exploration and development. Mr. Slusarchuk was previously a Senior Investment Advisor at Canaccord Capital Corporation, a premier Canadian investment dealer and prior to that was Project Development Manager for a private Canadian-based resource company. While Mr. Slusarchuk sits on the Board of several private and public Canadian corporations, the vast majority of his focus and time is on the management of Tirex Resources and its day-to-day activities. Mr. Slusarchuk has extensive contacts in Europe and North America and has worked within this network to finance and structure Canadian and international mineral exploration activities.

Mr. Gorzynski is a geologist and an international mineral exploration consultant to the junior exploration industry. His wide-ranging experience spans over 25 years and has included projects over much of the globe. His work has involved a variety of commodities with particular expertise in base and precious metals. Mr. Gorzynski has served on the boards and in management of several private and public companies involved in mineral exploration. He is currently a Director of IMPACT Silver Corp., a publicly traded silver producer and exploration company where he was instrumental in identifying, negotiating and completing the purchase of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan project for the company. Mr. Gorzynski holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. He is a Professional Engineer registered in the Province of British Columbia.

Bill Weymark is President of Weymark Engineering Ltd. a company providing consulting services to businesses in the private equity, construction and resource sector. Until June 2007 Mr. Weymark was President and CEO of Vancouver Wharves/BCR Marine a transportation company providing deep sea terminal and stevedoring services on the west coast of British Columbia. Prior to joining Vancouver Wharves in 1991 Mr. Weymark spent 14 years in the mining industry throughout western Canada working on the start up and operation of several mines. Mr. Weymark is very involved in the community having co-chaired Vancouver's 2004 United Way Campaign and worked on fund raising campaigns for Junior Achievement, YMCA and the Lions Gate Hospital. Currently Mr. Weymark is a Director of the Vancouver Board of Trade, VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, North American Palladium Ltd., and since January, 2008 Tirex Resources Ltd.. He is also active with the BC Lions as a Founder of their business association and a Member of the Industry Advisory Committee for the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at the University of British Columbia."

Mrs. Shevlin is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. From 2002 to 2005, she acted as a self-employed consultant to public companies specializing in risk management and corporate governance. From 1990 to 2002, Mrs. Shevlin held a variety of management positions with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, culminating as a Senior Director. She was an alternative member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation during 1998-1999. Mrs. Shevlin obtained her designation as a Certified General Accountant in 1979 (Ontario) and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

Ms. Bernard is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia (since July 12, 1983). She obtained a B.Soc. Sc. degree from the University of Ottawa, in 1979; and obtained her LL.B. degree from the University of Ottawa, in 1982. Ms. Bernard is an experienced corporate lawyer with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment within which public companies operate. Her focus is on mineral exploration and development companies.

| | | Prof. Perparim Alikaj, Ph.D Position: Albanian Advisory Team
Prof. Alikaj is based in Tirana, Albania and is a citizen of both Albania and Canada. Prof. Alikaj is the Head of Geophysics Section, Department of Earth Sciences at Polytechnic University of Tirana. Prof. Alikaj is also a private consulting geophysicist in mineral exploration, groundwater exploration and engineering geology. Prof. Alikaj is credited with inventing Real Section IP and Voltage Domain IP technologies. He has consulted on numerous gold and base metal exploration projects throughout the world including projects in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. The largest ore deposit discovered with Real Section IP technology is the San Nicolas deposit with 150 million ton of polymetallic minerals, located at a depth of 200m. Prof. Alikaj has a Bachelors of Science as a Geophysical Engineer, a Master of Science in Geophysics and a Ph.D in Geophysics from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. He is a member of the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers and of the Canadian Exploration Geophysical Society.

Mr. Kaleshi is a Certified Accountant (certified by the Ministry of Finance, Tirana, Albania) and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Tirana, Albania. Mr. Kaleshi served as the Head of Internal Audit for the Financial Union of Tirana (Representative of Western Union Services Inc. for Albania) and also held a position as Financial Analyst for the same organization. Previously, Mr. Kaleshi was Responsible for Fixed Assets while employed by Albanian Mobile Communications.
