| Shoni Bernard, LL.B Position: Corporate Secretary Ms. Bernard is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia (since July 12, 1983). She obtained a B.Soc. Sc. degree from the University of Ottawa, in 1979; and obtained her LL.B. degree from the University of Ottawa, in 1982. Ms. Bernard is an experienced corporate lawyer with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment within which public companies operate. Her focus is on mineral exploration and development companies. |
